Mussels Chupa-Chupa

Ingredients

1.5 pounds of mussels gray or blue shell
2 cans of beer
Adobo Sauce 1 cup Creole Proluxsa
2 tablespoons Chinese Sauce with Ginger Proluxsa

Preparation

In deep casserole dish with lid, place the mussels very well washed with half the container with water. incorporate
in an orderly manner the remaining ingredients over low heat and leave covered for 20-25 minutes.


Note: Serve with bread or michita manly toast.
