For
over 40 years, we have been processing hot sauces made with Congo
peppers, a local version of the Habanero Chile Pepper, cultivated in the Atlantic coast of Panama, Central America. This variety of habanero has a very distinctive flavor
and a high degree of heat.
We are proud producers of Panama's Original CONGO HOT SAUCE, its extra hot version BRAVA HOT SAUCE and the Caribbean style CONGO ANTILLANO HOT SAUCE.
All these hot sauces are produced with selected habanero chiles, which meet our highest quality standards based upon their aroma, color and degree of heat.
