PROLUXSA is the main distilled vinegar producer of Central America and the Caribbean. It is also Panama’s largest hot pepper sauce manufacturer.

PRODUCTOS LUX, S.A. (PROLUXSA) is a privately held food processing and distribution company located in Panama City, Panama, Central America. Maximo Gallardo, a biochemist entrepreneur who is currently President and CEO, founded the company in January of 1964.

PROLUXSA manufactures vinegars, fruit juices, seasoning sauces, hot sauces, vanilla flavoring, and canned soup, beans and vegetable products.

The company operates two processing plants and two distribution centers in Panama. Proluxsa also has direct distribution in Costa Rica through
wholly owned subsidiary.

PRODUCTOS LUX, S.A. manufactures its own  brands of products for wholesale and retail customers. Our Company also establishes Contract Packaging Agreements with important distributors locally and internationally.
We provide concentrated distilled vinegar to regional manufacturers
for processing a variety of products such as ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressings, pickles, hot sauces, etc.
