Our
40 years old company is the largest Natural Vinegar facility in
Central America. We take advantage of the strategic location of
Panama City, right by the Panama Canal, to export our products from
ports in the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans.
Our natural vinegar meets CODEX
and FDA standards for the food industry. We produce
vinegar by the acetous fermentation of sugar cane alcohol. We
supply vinegar to multinational companies such as NESTLE, KRAFT, and UNILEVER. We are a member of the United States
based Vinegar Institute.
